Winston is a stunning 9 year old bay German Thoroughbred standing at 15.3hh. As an ex racehorse he has the sensitivity, intelligence and beauty that only a thoroughbred can offer.
Winston is a genuine sensitive soul who thrives with a calm, patient and understanding rider. He is incredibly intelligent and is voice commanded — responding to voice aids both on the lunge and in hand which is a testament to the work that has been put into him on the ground.
He has excellent manners on the ground, is well handled and has a kind and willing nature underneath it all. He is looking for an experienced and sympathetic home who understands the thoroughbred mind and is looking for a rewarding project to bring on.
Winston is currently undergoing veterinary treatment and will not be sold until he is fully sound and his health is managed. His full veterinary history will be available and transparent to any serious buyer — we believe in complete honesty so the right home can be found for him. He is currently on GastricAid and would have to continue to be on this to maintain his comfortability and wellness. Shod on all four feet.
Fitted saddle additional in the sale if wanted and all of his stuff. £500.
