Bonnie- approx 15’1hh 8yo mare
I have owned Bonnie for the past 4 years having broken and produced her myself.
She is currently doing a little bit of BSJA up to discovery/100 level and I believe she would happily jump up to newcomers/1.10. She is super easy and rideable to a fence and willing to take a miss. She’s naturally quick so would be a very fun first horse for competitive teenager/amateur. She’s been placed 1st or 2nd in every BN (90cm) class she has jumped this year and won the discovery at Codham Park a few weeks ago.
Qualified for Blue Chip Championships 2026
Qualified BN second rounds 2026
She is well schooled on the flat and hacks alone and in company.
Bonnie has XC schooled and was very good with ditches/water.
Very good to catch, load and clip and is currently barefoot.
Unfortunately in June 2024, Bonnie had to have her right eye removed due to uveitis as a result of trauma to her eye. I have not found this to affect her in any way and all competition experience has been gained after her eye was removed. Full veterinary details of this will be available to potential purchasers.
