16.3hh, 11yo irish sports horse gelding
alfie is a really genuine horse and lovely to be around he is just a big friendly giant! he’s easy to catch, stands for farrier, bathing, clipping and vet. alfie hacks alone and in company whether it’s heavy traffic or off roads not much phases him. He was purchased to be an all rounder, and get and to compete/ have fun on. He absolutely loves his job! Since owning him we have competed up to 90cm could go up the levels with the correct rider. At home he schools round 1.05/1.10 courses, has jumped the odd 1.30/40 as a single fence. To ride on the flat he is just perfect, soft in the hand and moves freely. alfie can be spooky therefore isn’t suitable for a novice (can disclose this on further enquiry). A loving and forever home is wanted and necessary as alfie really means the world to me and i wouldn’t like him to passed around. alfie is ready to go out and get any job done. He will come with his saddle and bridle and open to any vetting.
