15/15.1 hh ,10 yo ,standardbred, gelding
About Felix: He is a horse who will give you his all every ride ,not a massive fan of the school but will still try his hardest but he loves his hacking he’s a forward ride but can be strong at times so therefore would require a confident, knowledgable rider. When we got him he was quite bolshy on the ground but since having a chain headcollar on him he is good now
Honest part: We bought felix last year and after having him about 3 months he wasn’t acting quite right ,turned out he had one ulcer which has been treated for fully and has not caused any problems. Whilst owning him his back wasn’t quite right as well so we got it x-rayed and it showed mild bone reformation in the lumbar region of his back which has also now been treated with meso therapy and all cleared by our vet .We rehabbed and now he is sound under saddle .
He is snaffle mouthed and up to date with everything :his teeth,back ,saddle fitting , farrier(has front set of shoes) and vaccinations
i must stress that he is not a first horse and does require a knowledgeable and confident rider and home ,he was sold to us as a mother daughter share but has proven to not be that at all
this is a very sad sale as he is my first ever horse but we just aren’t suited for each other
