14.1 fun chunky 12yr old dark bay cob x gelding. Has done show jumping, (very fast against the clock! )cross country, hunting -seen hounds, beach rides, pub rides, done the lot. Very good doer will live out all year round with just a rug. I have had Blaze 3years and now looking for something with a bit more jumping ability. He jumps comfortably at 2’6 course with a bold big jump, in the right hands will go much further. He will jump higher - flown easily round a 3ft course-as proved but he will refuse occasionally from lack of confidence but with the practice this could be sorted he just needs a confident rider to show him, But fine if you want to just do the odd jump now and again. He needs a strong and experienced rider as he can be quite strong but not dangerous, just very forward going when it comes to jumping. He loves hacking so he could be suitable for someone who just wants to hack out and do the odd jump( will go for miles hacking never gets tired!) He is hacked out regularly along a canal, and is sensible hack, alone or in company. Would also suit as project for schooling, he has nice collected paces will go in a outline sometimes but needs a bit of work on it. Good in traffic, shoe and to load, doesn’t buck or rear. Not a novice or first pony. Never lame, sick or sorry. £3500 including tack and rugs. Very sad sale, loving home only please.
