DESPERATELY SEEKING MARIA. £100 REWARD for information as to her whereabouts. PLEASE, PLEASE can anybody out there help me. I lie awake at night wondering where my lovely mare is. I have been searching for Maria for three years and eight months. I was forced to part with her very suddenly under desperate circumstances in Feb.05 and have been unable to trace her since. She is 16hands, dark brown (no white) 3\4 ID by Gort Boy (although none of this info went with her and she will almost certainly have a different name.) She has the sweetest temperament and is an angel to deal with in every way. She has also bred some lovely foals. A really nice type of mare with clean limbs, nice short cannons and good conformation. Proper 'leg at each corner' type. Maria will give you each leg in turn to be stretched forward when girthing up if you click your fingers and ask for 'Right leg' or 'Left leg' I was told that she went to a lady in Oxfordshire but cannot be sure of this. I would just like to make contact with her current owner to know that she is safe and well cared for and will happily pay £100 to the first person who can find her for me. I would pay a substantial sum to buy her back if her current owner was prepared to sell her. Maria is 16 years old now.
