The successful candidate will be the Fundraising Manager and will work with others to provide the following support: *Contribute to the development of fundraising strategy and practice *Fundraising to raise income for large scale projects *Lead on the development and delivery of all areas of fundraising across Europe; *Develop major new relationships with funders *Provide specialist advice, guidance and training to fundraising colleagues. *Be the lead expert on raising funds *Responsible for income budget and expenditure budget *Propose and negotiate fundraising income targets, delivering income against those targets and monitoring performance *Develop proposals, case studies and data Key requirements for this role include: *In depth knowledge of the principles and practices of fundraising *Experience of Raisers Edge *Experience of raising funds from a range of grant-giving bodies *Track record of meeting or exceeding targets *Proven experience of developing and writing successful proposals *Experience of research mechanisms and information management *Experience of project management and strategic planning *Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads *Excellent interpersonal skills *Strong written communication skills *Excellent project management and planning skills *Excellent financial management skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a known organisation - if you are looking for a new challenge,to live in a warm climate and you meet the criteria detailed above,Want to earn a very good living. please send your CV.
